I love Lewis & Clark Lake and I have so many great memories spending time camping here since I was a little girl. Luckily my grandchildren live close by and can enjoy spending time here too. These are photos of my oldest two grandsons; Noah and Griffin, as we spent part of an afternoon playing "pirate" and hopefully making great memories that will last them a life time!

Ava is 4!

What a fun afternoon we had on Ava's grandparents farm taking some photos to mark her 4th birthday on June 1st!

Ava was the perfect hostess for this teddy bear picnic.

Grandpa even got his Corvette out for his little princess and was rewarded with a big kiss!

This was a spontaneous 4 generation photo - when the opportunity is there you must take advantage of it! Ava is a lucky girl to be loved so much by these wonderful women.

Knox's Newborn Session!

 This family loves to hunt and I am sure Knox will be ready to join Mommy and Daddy and his sisters soon!

I think this should be titled...."don't mess with our baby brother!" These girls will have Knox's back until he gets a little older :)

First Communion

First Communion and Mother's Day all in one day......doesn't it make you just stop and think about how your child is growing up so quickly? These milestones pull at my heart strings, because I know how quickly our children go through them. Thank you to this Mom for wanting to capture these photos of this important step of her daughter's faith journey! Blessings on your important day!

Oh Baby! Babies from 2013

Oh my, I haven't blogged for sooooo long! I guess I've been too busy with my sessions, especially newborns, there has been a lot of snuggling going on in the studio! Before I introduce this year's newborns....let's take a look back at the newborns from 2013, several who have been in recently for their one year sessions!

Kaidyn - St. Patty's Day Birthday Girl!





This little lady turns one on St. Patrick's Day so her mother brought her this cute little St. Patty's cake. I can honestly say I have never seen a baby enjoy her first cake more than Kaidyn enjoyed hers! It was so much fun capturing the intensity in which she attacked her cake. Kaidyn is a girl after my own heart - there is nothing better than birthday cake!

Eli's Cake Smash!

 

Nothing is more fun than a cake smash to mark that big first birthday! And Eli was rockin' his session; he very politely ate his cake like a little gentlemen followed by some splishin' and splashin' in the tub afterwards......I don't know who had more fun, Eli or me!
